What we share with autoshops
When you submit a service request, we share the details needed for a shop to prepare a quote — your vehicle, the described issue, any diagnostic code, your general location, and your availability. Your full contact details are shared with a shop when you choose to move forward with them.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your details with autoshops that are not responding to your request, and we do not use your vehicle data for purposes unrelated to operating the platform.
